Resale Cruise Ticket Contract*
*For guests who: (1) purchased their cruise from an unrelated third party that arranged the cruise program and collected payment from the guest, per the third party’s own terms and conditions of sale, or (2) received passage on the cruise from an unrelated third party that arranged the cruise program. These two scenarios are sometimes colloquially referred to as a “charter.”
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO GUESTS: The Cruise Ticket Contract or Booking Conditions contain important limitations on the rights of passengers, including provisions relating to limitation of liability, forum selection, governing law, and the use of alternative dispute resolution to resolve certain types of disputes. Any dispute or claim that is related to your cruise must be brought in the venue and under the law as stated in the Cruise Ticket Contract or Booking Conditions.
