How do Captains Club members access their benefits?
Captain’s Club members may receive a reciprocal MGM Rewards membership tier by visiting the MGM Rewards desk. Associated tier-level benefits are available at all MGM Rewards Destinations Nationwide. Captain’s Club members that received their MGM Rewards tier status through our partnership Tier Match program are not eligible to receive onboard MGM Rewards benefits.
What are the MGM Rewards Destinations?
The MGM Rewards destinations are Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Signature at MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, Park MGM Las Vegas, NoMad Las Vegas, New York-New York, Luxor and Excalibur. Regional MGM Rewards destinations include: Beau Rivage, Borgata, Empire City Casino, MGM Grand Detroit, MGM National Harbor, MGM Springfield and MGM Northfield Park.
I’m a member of MGM Rewards and Captain’s Club; do I receive onboard benefits from both loyalty programs when sailing?
No, all tier benefits are nontransferable, subject to validation and are non-combinable. Members must choose at the time of booking whether to receive onboard benefits from either Captain’s Club or MGM Rewards.
